Boil eggs, cool them, peel them. Then cut them in half and separate the yolks from the egg whites.
Put the first layer of salad on the plate - grate the egg whites in a uniform layer.
Spread the egg white layer with mayonnaise.
Grate the cold butter evenly over the entire surface, this will be the next layer.
Then grate the cheese, equally evenly over the entire surface.
Drain the canned fish, choose the larger bones, and grind well with a fork. This fish paste is placed evenly over the cheese.
Spread well the mayonnaise over the fish layer.
The last layer is with the grated egg yolks. Distribute evenly over the entire surface of the salad.
Garnish with greens, lemons, etc.
