Very good recipe, the meat combines perfectly with cheese and onions. This recipe is also called French-style meat, it is a good replacement for the classic schnitzel - it is prepared much faster and is very tasty.
Cut the pork chop into slices.
Beat the meat well with a hammer.
Grease an oven tray with oil, place the pieces of meat next to each other.
Sprinkle pepper and salt over the meat.
Cut the onion into thin noodles and arrange over the meat spreaded with mayonnaise.
Grate the cheese on top.
Leave the meat in the oven, at maximum temperature, for about 40-50 minutes - while it is browning.
When it is hot, remove the pieces of meat from the pan. If left to cool in the pan, the cheese sticks badly to it, and it will be harder to remove them whole.
I am sure that the whole family will like it, it looks very good and has a special taste.
I prepare them for almost all the holidays.
Good appetite!
