Step by step
Step 2
Mix the cheese well with the sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Spread a sheet of pancake in an oven tray.
Step 4
You can cut the pancake sheets in 2 halves so that the pancakes are smaller, if you want them big and thick, don't cut them in half. Place a tablespoon of cottage cheese mixture on the edge of the pancake.
Step 5
Roll the pancakes, the rolling process is similar to that of Sarmale.
Step 6
Arrange the crepes evenly in the pan, put the small pieces of butter between them and pour about 100 ml of water or liquid cream.
Step 7
Cover the pancakes with another sheet of crepe and place the tray in the oven for about 30-40 minutes at maximum temperature.
Step 8
After the butter has melted well and penetrated into the pancakes, remove the tray from the oven.
Step 9
Prepare the chocolate sauce, mix well 2 tablespoons of cocoa with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 4-5 tablespoons of milk, so that they are not lumpy. Put on low heat and stir continuously until the sugar dissolves and starts to boil, turn off the heat.
The pancakes are served hot with or without sauce on top (for nursing mothers or small children).
