A special pudding - with a strong aroma of caramelized apples and butter. It is very easy to prepare, is healthy and can be given to children. Unfortunately I don't have a picture in the section, it was eaten very quickly :)
Pour the sunflower oil into a round oven pan(28cm), grease the walls of the tray with it.
Wash the apples, remove the spine, cut them into small pieces and distribute them evenly in the pan. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of sugar over the apples, then put the tray in the oven for about 30 minutes.
During this time, boil the rice in a large amount of water. About one unit of rice to 5-6 units of water.
After the rice has boiled, strain it through a sieve and rinse it with cold water.
In a bowl, beat the butter and the rest of the sugar with the mixer, add the flour, vanilla and eggs, beat a little more to mix well.
After half an hour in the oven, the apples change color a little, wither and leave juice.
Then remove the tray from the oven.
Distribute the boiled rice evenly over the apples.
Pour the composition of butter, sugar, eggs, etc. over the rice and put the tray back in the oven.
Leave in the oven until the rice is lightly browned. Remove the tray, let it cool slightly.
Pour the pudding on a plate, so that the caramelized apples are on top. If there are still apple slices left in the tray, take them carefully with a spatula and arrange them over the pudding. It is eaten hot and cold - it is absolutely delicious.
Good appetite!
