Once prepared, process the beetroot and horseradish through a meat grinder.

Pause intermittently to stir the mixture. Taste it to determine if you'd like to add more horseradish for extra spiciness.

Proceed to incorporate the sunflower oil and apple cider vinegar. Season the mixture with salt and sugar.

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and transfer into jars, ensuring to pack it as tightly as possible.
The jars must be refrigerated and stored for up to 1-2 months.

Allow the relish to infuse for at least 2 days before tasting.
