Greek Pizza

Below is another variety of pizza, Greek-style this time, with Feta cheese, olives and tomatoes - an interesting and tasty idea for this kind of no meat pizza. Of course, as for any other pizza recipe, you can choose the most suitable dough. I usually make the classic pizza dough or the quick, no yeast pizza dough. You mustn't forget about the right tomato sauce either, here I used the classic Marinara Sauce and I recommend it.

Ingredients
Pizza dough

at step 1, choose the dough you like
Tomatoes sauce
5 tbsp
any tomato sauce you prefer for the pizza
Garlic cloves
150 g
Feta Cheese
100 g
Olives
100 g
Cherry tomatoes
10 pieces
or 1-2 big tomatoes, diced
Extravirgin olive oil
2 tbsp
Oregano
0.5 tsp
Step by step
Step 1

Prepare the dough following any recipe you prefer - I usually make the classic pizza dough or the quick, no yeast pizza dough.

Roll it out onto the pizza pan, greased with a bit of olive oil.

Spread tomato sauce on top of the dough.

Grate the yellow cheese and distribute in an even layer.

Then top with diced Feta cheese, the olives and the cherry tomatoes.

At the end, sprinkle everything with 2 tbsp olive oil and a little oregano.

Bake in the preheated oven to 200 degrees C for 25-30 minutes, until nice golden brown.

Let cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve.
