Step 1
Make the pizza dough according to recipe, let rise 30-40 min.
Meanwhile prepare the ingredients.

Wash and slice the chicken breast.
Step 3
Put some olive oil in a skillet, add the chicken and let it cook until the chicken is white.
Add white wine, let the meat boil over medium heat until all liquid evaporates and the chicken starts to become brown. Then sprinkle the basil, sweet paprika, salt and black pepper. Leave them 2 min and remove from heat.

Wash and slice the mushrooms.
Step 5
Slice pitted olives or you can buy them already sliced.

Then cut the chicken into small pieces.
Step 7
Spray the pizza pans with vegetable oil.
Step 8
Spread out the pizza dough, put it in the pan lifting a bit towards the edges.

Brush the dough with mayonnaise, mixed with dried basil. Or you can use tomatoes sauce mixed with basil.

Add grated cheese, cover the entire surface of dough.
Step 11
Then add sliced mushrooms.
Step 13
Slice tomatoes, add them to pizza.
Step 14
Add olives and bake pizza into the oven at 180-200 C.
Step 15
Bake until edges are browned, but not to much.
Step 16
Slice pizza and enjoy.
