Apple cake is such a fluffy, delicious and easy to prepare recipe that it must be tested. It's the best cake I have ever tasted and I received so much praise from my husband and friends every time I made it.
Prepare all ingredients for the cake.
Butter a 25x25 cm pan and sprinkle bread crumbs on the bottom and walls (3-4 cm) of the pan.
Peel and cut the apples into small pieces.
Put the apples in the pan we just prepared.
Beat with a mixer or whisk the eggs with sugar, until they make a white foam.
Mix the flour with baking powder, and add it to the eggs and sugar composition from step 5.
Stir well.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan with apples, evenly, to cover entire surface. Batter will rise well and fully cover the apples.
Place the pan in the oven at medium temperature, until well browned.
It takes about 20 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Once cooled slightly, cut the apple cake into pieces and remove from the pan with a paddle.
Optionally, you can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar optional.
