If you're not sure what you'd like to bake - biscuits, apple cake or some gingerbread, why don't you try this quick recipe that combines them all successfully? These apple cookies are really easy to make, they have a slightly dense gingerbread-like texture, with a taste of tender apple cake.
You don't have to shape anything, just quickly spoon the batter in the pan. Even the most clumsy cooks will be sure to succeed. These biscuits were a hit here. I recommend you try this simple and handy recipe.
In a bowl, combine 2 eggs with 120g of sugar and a little vanilla essence.
Beat well with a whisk.
Add the soft butter, whisk.
Then put about half of the 280g of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Mix well until there are no lumps.
Add the remaining flour and mix well with the spoon.
You'll get a fairly dense, but sticky mixture.
Wash, core and peel the apples. Cut into small cubes and add them to the batter.
Stir well with a spoon.
Line an oven sheet with baking paper and arrange half spoonfuls of batter (these will be medium-sized cookies).
Leave some space between the biscuits, they will grow during the baking.
Place in the preheated oven to 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, or until they are nicely browned.
Let cool a little. Optionally, you can dust the cookies with confectioners' sugar and serve.
Enjoy!
