Step 1
Wash well and prepare the vegetables.
Cucumbers and radishes are cut into thin slices, straight into the serving plate.
Step 2
That's what they look like.
Step 3
Sprinkle with the cottage cheese on top.
Step 4
Add salt and a little ground black pepper, if you like it.
Step 5
On top comes the sour cream and finely chopped green onions.
You can also add some green dill, to taste, or other greens.
Step 6
Stir only when you serve it, so that the vegetables don't release too much juice.
It's wonderful, hearty and colorful!
