I made this egg spread to diversify our breakfast menu. The kids eat boiled eggs anyway and I also tried to come up with a new combination. It was very good and, to be honest, I really didn't expect this. Particularly, the butter made the difference here so do not avoid it. The amount of butter is relatively small, compared to how many sandwiches you will make with the whole egg spread.
You can use this delicious spread for sandwiches, interesting appetizers, combined with vegetables, bread etc.
Grate the boiled eggs on the large hole side and place in a small bowl.
Add the cheese and softened butter.
Chop the greens as finely as possible and place in the bowl. Season with salt.
Mix well with a fork, add more salt if needed.
It can be served immediately or after it has been refrigerated.
Enjoy!
