Strawberry Crumble Pie
Another delicious pie with strawberries, very tender, flavorful, it is prepared simply and you will surely like it. The dough at the base is soft and tender, the strawberries leave their juice and aroma in it, and the top is crispy with butter flavor - very good combination.
I made it in a 28cm round tray, if you have a slightly larger one I would really recommend using it.
Surely you can do it with other fruits - especially cherries, strawberries, apricots, etc.
Ingredients

White flour
230 g
+ 75g for the dough on top

Butter
80 g
+ 50g for the dough on top
●
Sugar
200 g
+ 100g for the dough on top
●
Baking powder
10 g
or 2 teaspoons
●
Buttermilk/Youghurt/Kefir
250 ml
●
Strawberries
500 g
or other fruits

Step by step
Step 1
Mix 230g of flour with baking powder and salt.
Step 2
Mix well 80g of soft butter with 200g of sugar.
Then add the egg, whipped milk and 1 vial of vanilla. - mix well.
Step 3
Add the flour mixture from step 1, mix well so that they are not lumpy.
Step 4
You should get a thicker cream dough.
Step 5
Spread the cake pan with baking paper, pour the dough into it and level it evenly.
Put pieces of strawberries on top - cut them if they are too big, you can leave the small ones like that.
Step 6
In a plate put 50g soft butter, 75g flour, 100g sugar and a vanilla essence.
Mix well with your hands to make a dough like crumbs.
Step 7
Distribute these crumbs evenly over the strawberries.
You can omit this dough from above, in this case sprinkle the strawberries on top with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 8
Bake for about 45 minutes at 160-180 degrees, until nicely browned on top.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Step 9
About as high was my cake in the 28cm tray, of course you can make it in the tray a little bigger.
