cleaned and cut into pieces
Sour Cream(20%)
400 g
or 32% heavy cream for a richer texture
Green onions
1 bunch
Fresh parsley
1 bunch
White onion
4 pieces
Sunflower oil
3 tbsp
Salt and pepper
1 tsp

Step by step

Step 1

Clean the fish thoroughly and cut it into pieces.
