Fresh nettles
300 g
picked, washed and scalded
White onion
1 piece
White flour
2 tbsp
Garlic cloves
2 pieces
Sunflower oil
30 ml
Salt
1 tsp
to taste

Prepare the nettles.

In a frying pan, heat the sunflower oil and sauté the onion until golden brown.

Add the 2 tablespoons of flour, mix well, and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually add at least 1 glass of water, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

Adjust the sauce to achieve a consistency similar to thin cream.
