A quick cake, unexpectedly good - I wouldn't even say it's vegan, the flavors are so many and good that it doesn't require other ingredients.
I really recommend it, the oranges taste good and have a slight bitter note, but just right. Eventually you can put only 1 orange and not 2 as written in the ingredients.
In a bowl, mix the oil with the sugar.
Add the cleaned or diced oranges, the chopped walnuts (but not hard), the jam and the tea infusion (cooled) - mix.
Put the flour and baking powder, mix with the aim so that they are not lumpy with flour - the dough should be like a thick cream.
Spread a round baking tray (26-28cm) with baking paper, pour the dough and distribute it evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes - do the toothpick test.
Allow to cool completely.
