An interesting cake in appearance but it was very praised and to the taste of all my guests. It is prepared quickly from handy ingredients and the trick with the stripes will surely please everyone.
On top you can decorate it with melted chocolate, like me, but you can also leave it plain or powdered with sugar.
In a deeper bowl put eggs and sugar, beat them white foam.
Gradually add the oil, mix well.
Add the whipped milk, stir.
And flour mixed with baking powder.
Divide the dough into 2 (measured at the eyes, approximately), in one of the bowls add the 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
You can also add your favorite flavors - vanilla, cinnamon, rum, almonds, etc.
Lay a 28 cm diameter round tray with baking paper.
Pour 1 tablespoon of the brown dough into it.
Over it another spoonful of white dough - you can shake the tray a little to spread the dough.
In the middle of the white dough again pour a tablespoon of brown dough.
And so on until you finish the dough.
Place the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
Test with a toothpick if it is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Then take it out of the tray, put it on a plate / plate.
Melt the chocolate over a low heat (or microwave) together with the butter, mix until smooth and glaze the cake.
This is optional, you can leave it plain or powdered with sugar.
Leave it to cool a little to harden the icing and you can serve it.
Good appetite!
