How about such an interesting shape for cookies? They are made very quickly, simply and look great - Sofia really liked the preparation process and the result.
They are crispy, tender, fragrant, beautiful and special, they are really worth trying.
The original recipe requires 4 cups of starch, I did not have, and I put only 4 tablespoons and the rest of the flour, they turned out very good. However, if you have starch, try to put everything according to the recipe so that the cookies are as fragile as possible.
In a bowl put the soft butter, powdered sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix well with the mixer.
Add the starch, flour and baking powder, knead the dough - first with a spatula / spoon until you incorporate the flour.
Then take it out of the bowl on the table sprinkled with flour and make it even - you will get a dough of plasticine consistency, soft and pleasant.
Cut it into small pieces, like a walnut, and make balls into them.
I liked the final biscuits the ones that were made of smaller balls, so make sure you don't make them too big.
Take a bottle of water and use it to shape the biscuits.
Put the mouth of the bottle in cocoa - I put more than 2 tablespoons to make it easier and faster to work.
Arrange the dough balls on the baking tray and press with the mouth of the bottle in the middle, be careful not too hard.
Repeat the process each time - cocoa - pressed the biscuits and cocoa again, until you are all done.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Be careful not to brown them too much, they should be whiter on top and pink bottom.
Allow to cool and serve.
Good appetite!
