Peel the apples and bananas, then blend them into a smooth paste using a blender or food processor.
Alternative: Grate the apples finely and mash the bananas if a blender is unavailable.

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar with white flour, oat flour, and semolina flour.

Add the apple and banana paste along with the vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly with a whisk to ensure a smooth, lump-free batter.

Incorporate baking soda, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and any additional ingredients you prefer. Stir well until evenly combined.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. For silicone trays, no lining is needed.
Recommended tray size: 28 cm round.

Bake the mixture in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40 minutes. Use a toothpick to check doneness; it should come out clean.
Allow the bars to cool completely in the tray.

Cut the cooled dessert into your desired portion sizes.

Arrange the pieces neatly on a serving plate.

(Optional) Dust with powdered sugar for added sweetness and presentation.
