Vegan Apple and Banana Bars
This bars are like a small bomb with banana flavor (apples feel less because of the more intense aroma of bananas).
It is soft, tender, fluffy, fragrant, vegetarian (fasting), meaning without cholesterol - so perfect and I really recommend you try it, in addition to many other fasting recipes this is really good.
According to your preferences, you can add nuts, raisins, etc to the composition.
Ingredients

Bananas
3 pieces
or 2 larger bananas

Step by step
Step 1
Peel apples and bananas and grind well in a blender or food processor.
If you don't have a blender, give them the apples through a small grater, grind the bananas.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the sugar with the wheat, oatmeal and semolina.
Step 3
Add the apple and banana paste, the oil, mix with a whisk so that they are not lumpy.
Step 4
Add baking soda (vanilla), vanilla, cinnamon and whatever else you want, mix well.
Step 5
Pour the dough into an oven tray (mine was 28 cm round), spread with baking paper.
I had a silicone tray and I didn't spread anything.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes, to pass the toothpick test.
It won't grow spectacularly, don't worry, that's the way it should be. Allow to cool well in the pan.
Step 7
Then portion it as you like.
Step 8
I cut the smaller pieces and arranged them on a plate.
Step 9
Optionally you can powder it with sugar.
