A simple chicken dish but this baked rice is grade 20, it penetrates with flavors of chicken, butter and pepper - so a combination that surely everyone likes.
The author of the recipe states that the food is called "Bulgarian style rice", because there rice is prepared only in the oven.
Wash the chicken well and cook for 20 minutes (no more!) In at least 3 glasses of water.
When it starts to boil, be sure to take the foam and make a small fire.
During this time, prepare the rice, wash it well and let it drain.
Put the oven tray on the fire and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
I used the heat-resistant glass tray and it goes on the stove fire - if your tray is not good to put on the fire, do the procedures below in the pan and pour the rice mixture with butter in the oven tray.
Over the melted butter add the finely chopped onion and heat it a little.
Then add the rice, stir periodically and leave it until it "bottles".
Pour 3 cups of chicken soup over the rice (the one in which the chicken pieces were boiled).
Add the salt soup and mix well. Turn off the stove heat under the pan - if you've done all this work in the pan, pour the rice mixture with the soup into the oven tray.
Place the boiled chicken pieces on top, cover the tray with a lid or aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven at 200-250 degrees for 45 minutes.
For the last 10 minutes, remove the aluminum foil, sprinkle ground pepper on top and leave in the oven.
And ready, serve and enjoy, delicious and simple.
Good appetite!
