Very good meatballs, the sauce is a little dense, sticky and fragrant from garlic and tomatoes - a good idea would be (to make reservations in time) to freeze cooked meatballs and when you need to cook quickly, just mix the sauce and put the meatballs there to boil.
In a bowl put the breadcrumbs (or 2 slices of bread) and pour the milk, leave for 10 minutes to soften well.
Pass the meat through the mincer, add eggs, softened breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and other spices that you like.
Mix well with your hands to be a uniform composition.
Form the meatballs with your hands and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the ketchup, soy sauce and sugar (honey).
Put the butter in a deep pan and let it melt,
Add the crushed or finely chopped garlic and leave it for 10-15 seconds, being careful not to burn it.
Add the sauce from step 5 over the garlic, stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Put the meatballs in the sauce, mix and let it boil until the sauce becomes thicker.
Add salt if needed.
You will notice that after it cools down and stays on the fire for 10 minutes, the sauce becomes even thicker and stickier.
Serve with anything you like - vegetables, rice, potatoes, etc.
Good appetite!
