Easy Grilled Dorada

Easy Grilled Dorada

I often hesitated to grill fish because it would stick to the pan or grill, and the flavor wasn’t quite right.

Recently, we've become fans of dorada, usually cooking it in the oven, plain or with vegetables, but I wanted something different. I discovered a baking paper method online, tried it the same day, and was pleasantly surprised – my husband even declared this the best way to eat dorada. It turns out wonderfully, as it's not a dry fish. It develops a crispy crust while remaining tender and moist.

I attempted the same technique with trout, which was tasty but a bit dry, causing it to stick to the paper and break apart.

Ingredients

Dorada fish
2 pieces

Vegetable oil
0.5 tsp

Salt
0.5 tsp

Step by step
