I saw the recipe on a forum and I immediately tried it because I wanted a vegetable garnish for dinner, but I didn't feel like complicating myself with sitting in the kitchen for a long time.
I started to like the smell from the preparation phase, these vegetables flavored the whole house - you say that I had made some sophisticated food.
I recommend them, they are very tasty, fragrant and beautiful - you can combine them with any food you like, or served simple hot / cold with fresh bread.
Wash and prepare the vegetables.
Cut them into medium-sized cubes and place them in a deep bowl.
Mix the soy sauce with the vinegar and oil, also add the crushed garlic.
Pour this sauce over the vegetables and mix well.
Allow an hour to marinate.
Spread a tray with baking paper, put the vegetables in it and bake for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
It would be good to mix the vegetables with a spatula or spoon after 20 minutes in the oven.
When they are ready, remove them and add salt if necessary (in case the soy sauce is not very salty).
They are good and warm and cold with anything you like - meat, rice, potatoes, etc.
Good appetite!
