I came across this recipe on a forum and decided to try it right away because I wanted an easy vegetable side dish for dinner without spending too much time in the kitchen.
The aroma was delightful even during preparation, filling the house with a scent reminiscent of a gourmet meal.
These vegetables are delicious, aromatic, and eye-catching, perfectly paired with any meal you prefer, or simply enjoyed on their own, hot or cold, with fresh bread.
Wash and prepare the vegetables.
Cut them into medium-sized cubes and place them in a deep bowl.
Mix the soy sauce with the vinegar and oil, also add the crushed garlic.
Pour this sauce over the vegetables and mix well.
Allow an hour to marinate.
Spread a tray with baking paper, put the vegetables in it and bake for about 40 minutes at 200 C degrees.
It would be good to mix the vegetables with a spatula or spoon after 20 minutes in the oven.
When they are ready, remove them and add salt if necessary (in case the soy sauce is not very salty).
They are good and warm and cold with anything you like - meat, rice, potatoes, etc.
Good appetite!
