Tomato Salad with Yogurt Dressing
The tomato season is my favorite, I think I would eat tomatoes for dessert at this time - flavorful, sweet, we can combine them with anything. Of course, the most favorite of all is the common tomato salad with onion and oil - in addition to bread and a piece of feta cheese.
At home, I also make salad with sour cream - instead of oil it is smeared with sour cream, and I really missed this combination. But I'm not allowed, and so it once occurred to me to replace sour cream with yogurt, not really light - to be 2-4% fat and a little creamier. I tell you that for some time it has been my soul salad, the combination of creamy yogurt with tomato sauce is the best.
Although the recipe seems trivial, it may be helpful for those who are up for ideas on healthy eating and without the dangers of extra fats and calories.

Step by step
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into suitable slices - I also put yellow tomatoes to make the salad more colorful.
You can also add some chopped peppers.
Step 2
Here the yogurt I usually use is thick, creamy and only 2% fat.
Surely you can find it everywhere.
Step 3
Over 3-4 tomatoes put 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt, chopped onion, salt and greens if you like.
Mix and enjoy with about 2 slices of wholemeal bread (bread only if it has not passed 17.00, for those who care about the figure).
The salad is served immediately, do not leave it in the fridge, the tomatoes soften and it is not so good.
Good appetite!
