The beans are cleaned and washed - you can break them into shorter pieces or leave them whole.
Step 2
Now you have 2 options to cook them:
- Steamed, that's what I did - it keeps all its vitamins and the pods taste better.
- boil in water, simpler and classic.
However, in both variants do not boil them too much, about 15 minutes, to be a little al dente.
Step 3
When the pods are almost cooked, prepare and heat a deep pan well.
Add half a glass of water, 1 tablespoon of oil and finely chopped green onions. Let it cook like this until almost all the water evaporates, and the onion is cooked.
Step 4
Add the cooked pods to the pan with the hardened onions, mix well - leave for 5 minutes on the fire.
Step 5
Then add the crushed garlic, salt and mix well.
Step 6
Immediately turn off the heat, put a lid on the pan with pods and let the flavors penetrate for 5 minutes.
Step 7
You can serve them as a healthy and tasty food or garnish.
