It's also called jam roll "in 5 minutes" - although it took me about 10 minutes, it's really fast and very tasty. It was eaten at us with the same speed with which it is made, so think from the start that you will have to repeat it.
I combined it with fresh strawberry jam, so you can see how good it was.
Lay a baking tray with baking paper and put it in the oven - temperature 180-200 degrees.
I would recommend that you grease the baking paper with a little oil, so that the baked dough comes off it faster.
During this time we prepare the dough:
- with the mixer beat eggs with sugar - to be white foam;
- add flour, powdered milk, baking powder and salt - stir to avoid lumps.
A sour cream dough will come out.
Pour it on the tray (with baking paper) hot - distribute evenly and level.
Put the tray in the oven for 5-7 minutes - stay away because it is done very quickly and you risk "tanning" it too hard.
As soon as it starts to brown, take it out of the oven.
Now move quickly, while it's hot - immediately grease it with jam ...
... and roll as tightly as possible (gently remove the paper and possibly help yourself with a towel or gloves so as not to burn your hands)
Let it cool a bit and it can already be cut and served.
It's just as good and warm and cold - I highly recommend it!
Good appetite!
