Put the cherries in a tray (28-30 cm) greased with butter and lined with breadcrumbs.
I have a silicone tray and I haven't greased anything.

Put the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well with the whisk or blender - you will get a pancake-like dough.
Step 3
Pour it over the cherries in the pan.
Step 4
And put the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Let it brown - notice that it grows quite a lot, be sure to have a higher tray, from that of pandispan.
Step 6
Although it grows in the oven, after 5-10 minutes, when you take it out, it will leave, it is normal.
Step 7
Serve hot, powdered with a little sugar and a possible vanilla or fruit sauce.

It can also be baked in small, individual forms and served right in them.
