A simple salad, and unexpectedly tasty. I saw the recipe on TV, I found it interesting and to keep put it on the site (of course after passing the taste test in the family).
Boil the eggs.
Meanwhile, wash and cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into cubes.
Then finely chop the boiled chicken eggs.
Add the thin and long sliced salmon over the eggs.
Make mayonnaise and add over the rest of the composition.
Mix well.
Serve on lettuce leaves, garnished with tomatoes and quail eggs cut in half.
