The simplest and most beautiful chocolate cookies that can be. Plus, they are very tender and tasty. Considering how fast I made them, I didn't expect these chocolate cookies to be so good. This is for all biscuit and cookie lovers, but especially for those who like cocoa cookies. Be sure to try the recipe. It's brilliantly simple and fast, it doesn't need time in the fridge, the biscuits keep their shape and you can let your imagination run wild.
In a bowl, beat well with the mixer the sugar with butter and vanilla essence.
Add 1 egg, mix well.
Add cocoa, mix.
Add flour and baking powder and start kneading the dough with your hands. Or, you can do all this in the food processor.
You should get a non-sticky, slightly soft dough.
If it seems to be drier and crumbly, add 2-3 tablespoons of milk in it and knead a little more.
Dust the work surface with a little flour. Press the dough with your hands into a round cake.
Spread out with a rolling pin into a sheet, about 6-7 mm thick.
I have some cookie cutters, different sizes.
If you don't have any, use a knife.
So, cut the cookies into whatever shape you like. Put the leftover dough aside for now.
Arrange biscuits on an oven sheet lined with baking paper or with a silicone baking mat.
Take the remaining dough and knead to gather.
Here I used a special special cookie cutter to shape the biscuits with. It also works with a knife.
From this dough, I got 2 sheets and a half of cookies, many and enough :)
Bake at 180 degrees C, in the preheated oven, for 15-20 minutes.
Let cool a bit and then serve with great pleasure. The cookies are very good and tender, dangerous, even - you won't stop eating :)
Enjoy!
