Step 1
Cut the cold butter into pieces and mix well with the flour (with your hands or the blender / robot) until it crumbles.
Step 2
Add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of sugar, continue to knead / blend.
Step 3
Notice that the dough begins to "bind".
Step 4
Form a ball of dough, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5
During this time clean and wash the strawberries and prepare the sour cream soufflé:
- in a bowl mix well 3 eggs + 3 tablespoons flour + 150g sugar + vanilla + sour cream.
Step 6
Spread the dough well with the facalet and put it in a tray with high edges (from those that come out) - 28-30 cm. Raise the edges of the dough to be about 2-3 cm on the walls of the tray.
Put the strawberries cut in half or quarters.
Step 7
Pour the cream and put the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Step 8
After this time, remove it, let it cool well, remove the edges of the tray and leave a little more.
I would recommend serving it cooled well or cold.
