or yogurt sauce with mustard and salt

Step by step
Step 1
The chicken breast is cut into longer and slightly thicker pieces.
I used homemade chicken pastrami, because it is tastier and cuts much nicer.
Step 2
Cut the carrot in the same way.
Step 3
... and cucumbers - add mayonnaise, mix.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper if needed.
It would be good to leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours to penetrate, but it will be served immediately.
Step 5
Garnish as desired and serve in common or portioned bowls.
