Terms and conditions of use of the application "LaLena - culinary recipes"

1. Application information

1.1 The mobile application "LaLena - culinary recipes" (hereinafter referred to as the application) is available on Google Play and the App Store. The application offers free access to the culinary recipes available on the bylena.com website in an accessible and convenient presentation, specific to mobile applications. The application can display advertising. Some features and possibly some recipes are only available to users who pay a subscription.

1.2 The application is made by Igor Butuc (hereinafter referred to as the developer), who can be contacted at the email address [email protected] for any questions, complaints and suggestions regarding the application.

2. The rights and obligations of the developer

2.1 The developer is obliged to keep this page of terms and conditions up to date with the changes that are made in the application, exclusively in the Changes section.

2.2 The developer is obliged to answer the questions and complaints sent by the users of the application within a maximum of 30 days.

2.3 The developer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice to users of the application

2.4 The developer may block access or cancel the subscription any user who does not comply with the obligations described on this page, as well as the obligations that may apply according to applicable law.

3. Users' rights and obligations

3.1 Users have the right to send questions and complaints to the application developer.

3.2 Users are not allowed to use the content and functionality of the application for commercial purposes except with the explicit consent of the developer.

3.3 Users do not have the right to download content from the application for re-publication except with the explicit consent of the developer.

3.4 Users are obliged not to de-compile and / or modify the application in order to gain access to features or content to which they do not normally have access.

4 Subscription

4.1 "LaLena Premium" subscription
4.1.1 The "LaLena Premium" subscription offers access to the following functionalities: the application will not display advertising, users can create shopping lists, users can change the quantities of recipe ingredients, users can organize their favorite recipes, users have full access to premium recipes.

4.1.2 The monthly subscription price may vary depending on the user's country of origin. The current monthly subscription price will be displayed both in the application and on the Google Play and App Store platforms.

4.1.3 The subscription is automatically renewed monthly and operates through the platforms available on Google Play and the App Store. More details about payments, subscription cancellation, automatic renewal and more can be found on the support pages of the Google Play and App Store platforms.

4.1.4 The monthly subscription price may change over time. In this case, users will be able to confirm if they want to continue the subscription. If users do not confirm that they want to continue the subscription at a different price than the previous month, it will be automatically canceled.

4.1.5 The subscription is allocated to a user based on a Google Play account on the Android platform or based on an App Store account on the iOS platform, not based on an application-specific account. The subscription is not transferable to another user using another account.

5 Warranties and limitation of liability

5.1 The developer does not offer guarantees regarding the functionality of the application or the availability of its content. Users who pay a subscription can cancel it at any time and have the right to request the return of the last payment made for the subscription in case the promised subscription functionalities have not been provided.

5.2 The developer does not offer guarantees about successful result following the application of recipes, the user having full responsibility for the result.

7 Dispute settlement

7.1 The rights and obligations of the parties, imposed by the present terms and conditions, as well as all the legal effects that this agreement produces will be interpreted and governed by the Romanian law in force.
